 Mary Belle Robinson taught for 42 years at Crichlow Elementary School.  She shares memories from her teaching career and her student years at Tennessee College for Women.

"But Miss Jennie was a first grade teacher when I started to school, and I thought she was an old lady.  And I think she was a kind of old lady.  But when I began teaching, I was teaching with Miss Jennie.  And she, I guess was the first teacher I knew who retired.  But she couldn't quit teaching."
