Frank Forgette shares the history behind the MTSU Learning
Resources Center. In the following excerpt, Frank remembers the environmental simulation lab
that is now home to the Gore Research Center:
"We had what we called a standard and a preset rack. In the standard, we ran our normal office environment. In the preset, we would set the humidity high, wind high, temperature low. We could set it to any environment we wanted to, and when it got to that part of the program, it would switch over to it. The wind would start blowing, and the odor would come out. We could even make it rain in here." |
