James Mcadams

James McAdams was assigned to guard German prisoners in WWII. He explains how he communicated with the Germans:

They had a captain with us that spoke English and what I wanted them to know, I had to tell this captain. Now whether he was telling them right, I wouldn’t have no idea cause it might be the case where they had been set up to jump the guard. I didn’t know. I just had to trust him with whether he was telling it.
