The Murfreesboro Chapter of the Business and Professional Women’s Club organized to promote full participation, equity, and economic self-sufficiency for working women was chartered January 16, 1937. 

The collection contains a copy of the Chronicle compiled and written by Mary E. Bryan to detail the history of the organization.
