Scope and Content

The Smyrna Hospital Auxiliary Collection covers the organization's activities during the period from 1968 to 1984.  The collection materials include financial reports, a hospital disaster plan, job descriptions, minutes, a newsletter, and a scrapbook. 

The collection is approximately 1 linear foot.  The collection is arranged alphabetically by item type: attendance rolls, disaster evacuation plan, financial reports, job descriptions, membership lists, minutes, newspaper clippings, and newsletter.  The attendance rolls, financial reports, and minutes are also organized chronologically.  The donor’s original order has been maintain as much as possible, especially for the scrapbook.
