Historical Sketch

The Smyrna Hospital Auxiliary was founded in 1966.  Members volunteered at the Smyrna Hospital doing anything from making beds to changing bed pans.  The organization also held annual membership teas, teas to welcome new doctors to the hospital, and organized an annual fundraiser, the Christmas bazaar, to purchase new equipment for the Smyrna Hospital.
