SCOPE AND CONTENT

The Olen E. Hutchison Collection includes Hutchinson’s application to the Tennessee Innocence Project and the Clemency Team’s email correspondence, meeting notes, and some research.  The collection spans the years 2001 through 2004.  These materials are contained in one box and are in the original order, which is roughly chronological.
