SERIES 1: Organizations, Events, and Studies (34 Folders)
The items in this series document various Murfreesboro and MTSU community organizations and events that Harrison was involved in, and research studies conducted at MTSU.
SERIES 2: Nissan Affiliate Artists (9 Folders)
The materials in this series document the Nissan Affiliate Artist program which took place at MTSU in the 1980s. This includes artist photographs and biographies.
SERIES 3: Student Ambassadors (5 Folders)
This series includes membership documents and correspondence regarding events planned by Harrison for the MTSU Student Ambassadors.
Documented in this series are the annual conferences and mini-conferences of the CASE organization.
SERIES 5: Girls State (21 Folders)
This series documents the Volunteer Girls State summer program which took place on the campus of MTSU and was coordinated by Harrison from 1975 to1996
SERIES 6: People, Building Dedications (39 Folders)
This series includes a wide variety of documents recording visits to MTSU by President Bush, John Bragg, and Vice President Walter Mondale, as well as commencement speeches and correspondence regarding former MTSU President Melvin Scarlett, as well as former President Sam Ingram. This series also includes personal correspondence belonging to Dot Harrison and programs of building dedications of MTSU buildings including Peck Hall, Scarlett Commons, and the Murphy Center.
SERIES 7: MTSU Newspaper Clippings (24 Folders)
This series includes newspaper articles regarding MTSU dating from 1971 to 1990.
