placement. Abernathy made over 2,500 speaking appearances as
ambassador for MTSU.

pertain to MTSC Theatre, early childhood education, Sunday school
curriculum, the Sam Davis Development Corporation’s documents related to
Meadow Brook subdivision in Smyrna, and the Sam Davis Home.

- The MTSU chapter of the American Association of University Professors
Collection contains organizational records, reports and resolutions,
publications, and correspondence with the national and state divisions
contained in this collection are broad in scope, spanning from approximately
1966 to 1995. Amassed over many years by an unknown number of executive
council members, the materials, though incomplete, are representative of the
chapter’s chief operations.

history programs called Recollections for MTSU's Cable Channel 9 during the
1980s and 1090s. Featured guests included long-time MTSU employees,
veterans, and well-know figures such as Albert Gore, Sr., Jean Faircloth
MacArthur, and Roy Acuff.

Eugene Holloway Sloan was a professor of Business Law and director of Public
Relations at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
He served the university for 28 years and the documents in the collection cover
